This week on Pop Culture Mondays on Thursdays, Brooke welcomes her second guest, the hilarious, charming, budding screenwriter Jake Curtis!  Brooke talks to him about how he became Air Sex World Champion – yes, that’s a thing – and his pivotal acting role in “Love Actually”.  Then, Brooke and Jake tackle this week’s pop culture shenanigans.  There’s possibly the strangest version of Madonna we’ve seen to date – the one living on TikTok – Brooke’s only recent discovery of Colombian pop star, Karol G, and how this is an example of Americans’ blinders when it comes to talent outside the U.S.  Jake, a Brit, talks about his frustrations when he moved to the U.S. and realized no one here has a clue who Take That, the once #1 band in Britain, are.  They also cover Elon Musk’s new stake in Twitter and finish with everyone's fav, Makeout, Marry, Murder!  All that and more on this week's episode of Pop Culture Mondays on Thursdays!
